Our Story

Nicola Goode (gallery director) is a Los Angeles native and recent graduate of Otis College of Art & Design’s Masters of Fine Arts program in Public Practice. She holds an undergraduate degree in Fine Art from Yale University, is a member of the International Cinematographer’s Guild and the Society of Motion Picture Still Photographers. Nicola’s work, which engages photography and site specific installations has been shown internationally and is in numerous private collections. Tracee Johnson (co-creator & artist in residence) is an east coast transplant and graduated alongside Nicola from the Otis Public Practice MFA program. Her training in landscape architecture and passion for education has informed an art practice that connects learning to the natural environment. She teaches in the Architecture/Interiors/Landscape department at Otis College of Art & Design and teaches woodworking for various programs. Tracee sees experimentation as a method for artistic expression, discovery and space creation. www.traceejohnson.com
